Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 6 working days after receipt of payment and are sent via express courier, this is what generally happens, but there may be delays due to the courier, weather conditions, strikes, and other various reasons.

The courier itself on the day of delivery will send you a link with the tracking. For products that require processing, such as slotting, gluing, lamination, etc., the time varies from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 10 working days. Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.

Packaging costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

We do not ship cash on delivery, furthermore the goods travel at your own risk, as the courier in case of lack of insurance only recognizes 1 euro per kilo, so we recommend that you ask for the amount to insure the package to be more relaxed. The package must arrive intact, if it arrives with signs of tampering, or tape other than the light brown and fragile one, you must necessarily ask the courier for the control reserve.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected. The minimum shipping cost is 13.42 Euros up to 10Kg, throughout Italy, excluding disadvantaged postcodes. For international shipments, always ask first.
